However, for the next three weeks I will relentlessly work to convince you that it is time to escape the black hole of urgency by investing money in a five-week journey to move from urgent to intentional to strategic leadership.
I am truly pained by how many school leaders can’t get into classrooms OR can’t follow up with adequate and appropriate support when the do get in. I’m truly saddened by how many business leaders are too busy to invest time learning why their people are not performing at a desired level.
