What is better than four keys?

Colleagues,

Four Five keys to building a great organizational culture:

1. Remember that culture is a function of alignment. Align structures and resources to make it easier for people to do meaningful work. Make sure the purpose is clear, consistent, and meaningful.
2. Grow people! Invest in helping people develop their knowledge, skills, dispositions, and health.
3. Create a climate of care by being fully present, listening to others, and celebrating small successes.
4. If things suck, be honest about it. Go back to #s 1 and 2 and look for ways to make things suck less.
5. Be an intentional leader by consistently managing your priorities (which are #s 1 and 2)

Today’s intention: Think about your own organization – do my five keys fit? Did I miss something? What are your five keys?
