What can you do with time?

Colleagues,

​Important (quadrant 2) things you can do when you aren’t being driven by the urgent:
​

1. Work with others to identify underlying problems so you can effectively improve situations.
2. Take a pulse on organizational culture by asking people questions about what is working and what’s not.
3. Review data to inform your next points of emphasis.
4. Invest time coaching another person.
5. Reflect on your own leadership.
6. Reflect on your core strategies and make adjustments if needed.
7. Anticipate external and internal forces that threaten aspects of organizational alignment.
8. Be fully present with others.

 
My wish for you is that you are able to do at least one of these things today.
