• How intentional were you in deciding what actions to take and which tasks to leave undone?
• Were you focused on solving problems or treating symptoms?
• Did you keep changes as simple as possible?
• Who did you help to get better?

 
After considering your answers, get up to a higher vantage point. 

• Given the sum total of your leadership this past week, is your organization in a better place today? 
• Did you achieve things that will have a lasting positive effect?
