Before the week gets going at full speed, I encourage you to do the following:
 

• Reflect on three things you are thankful for from the weekend.
• Reflect on recent conversations you’ve had with people you serve.
  • What are their needs?
  • How can you show support for them both professionally and personally?
  • Who do you need to reach out to today?
• Identify one key thing that you could do this week that will lead to a brighter future for your organization.

 
I hope this helps frame some priorities for your week so that you can be intentional about investing your time.
