When we invest time in ourselves, we have a greater impact on others.
Today, I challenge you to take a moment and do a body scan. How are you feeling? Where is tension being held in your body? Maybe it would help to name your emotions. Then, ask yourself, “What do I need?”
Oftentimes, when we actually take a moment, our bodies will tell us what we need.
Intention: Do one thing for yourself today that will help you recharge. Whether it's taking a quiet moment to breathe, buying yourself that fancy coffee, or having lunch with a colleague or friend - do something that your mind, body, or spirit will appreciate.
