Reflection = intention

WE ARE CELEBRATING! This week marks the second anniversary of the start of the daily emails. We are republishing that first week of emails because they are still so relevant.

Colleagues,

Before the week gets going at full speed, I encourage you to do the following:
 

• Reflect on three things you are thankful for from the weekend.
• Reflect on recent conversations you’ve had with people you serve. 
  • What are their needs? 
  • How can you show support for them both professionally and personally?
  • Who do you need to reach out to today?
• Identify one key thing that you could do this week that will lead to a brighter future for your organization.

 
I hope this helps frame some priorities for your week so that you can be intentional about investing your time.
