MVP: Asking is better than telling when we want people to grow.

Last Friday I recorded a special episode of The Assistant Principal Podcast.

In it, I coached myself after delivering a workshop. In one version, I took a traditional approach of telling myself what I saw. In the other version I simply asked myself reflective questions.

The differences in what you as a listener learn from the two different conversations is staggering.
