I talk a lot about asking people questions, but how do we do that beyond just having the questions ready?

1. Stand outside the office/classroom door informally and ask away.
2. Walk and talk, side by side.
3. Ask to sit down in their space. Try and sit next to, not across from them.
4. Have lunch together.
5. Send a text, but make it clear they don’t need to respond.
