Which should I do? Of course, you can’t answer because you aren’t me. However, if you ask enough questions, eventually you would be able to give me some guidance. Here is the big take away… Unless we know what’s going on in the lives (work and home) of our colleagues, we should be hesitant about judging them. How do we learn what’s going on? Be fully present. Today’s intention: Identify one or two people who seem to be struggling to manage their priorities. Invest time in them, being fully present. Ask the second question or do some 5-minute coaching.
