I've invested two weeks to learn what?

Colleagues,

MVP: Don’t make assumptions about why people aren’t executing. Invest time with them and let them tell you why.
 
So, what’s the big leadership takeaway from the past two weeks?
 

• Continue to be more present. When you invest time with people, they will tell you what they need, either directly or indirectly.
• Learn about people. Know what drives them and what they are experiencing right now.
• When people are not following through with implementation, don’t make assumptions – ask them what’s happening!
• Let your inquiries be driven by care and by your ethical responsibilities as a leader. Instead of engaging because you want them to be better workers, engage because you want them to find joy and meaning in their work. 

 
There’s one more thing, which we will focus on tomorrow.
