Honestly, I don’t know how we can run an organization any other way. 
 
Supporting and growing our people yields these results:

• As people’s skills grow, the organization gets better.
• As we support people, it becomes easier for them to do their job, and the organization gets better.
• People stay longer, and the organization gets better.
• People are happier, making everyone’s life better.
• People become better at solving their own problems, leaving more time for leaders to support and grow their people, and the organization gets better.

 
It is so simple!
 
Not easy – supporting and growing people is hard work – but it is simple.
 
Today’s intention: Think about everything we ask our people to do. It should fit within three criteria:

• It is congruent to their core responsibilities.
• It helps them be better at what they do.
• They are invested in the things they do to grow.
