Thursday I received this email:

I've been watching your journey and the remarkable presence of Moonshadow Leadership Solutions, LLC in the industry, and I'm truly.

As a seasoned entrepreneur and the Managing Director of XXX Digital - a premier Lead Generation Agency specializing in the financial industry - I understand the importance of delivering tangible results…

I have not worked with Moonshadow Leadership Solutions in over six years, so clearly the writer has not been watching.

In a world of hype, being authentic and honest is the most valuable currency:

• If you really care, show me by being present.
  
• Ask me questions and create space for me to reflect.
  
• If you don’t know, be honest, and be willing to learn.
  

These things are as true for leaders as they are for sales people.

If you are my leader…

• Be present with me.
  
• Ask me questions.
  
• Be honest about what you know and don’t know.
  

No BS.

Today’s intention: Think about the correlation between the time you invest with people and the degree to which you value them.
