Homework on a Friday?

Colleagues,

Next week we are going to look at five things we can do this summer to have a better fall. Following are some questions for you to reflect on. It would be great if you could ponder these things throughout the weekend, but even spending a few minutes today would be beneficial.
 

• Who are some people you trust who will provide honest feedback on the year and on your leadership?
• Think about some of your most common tasks. Could you streamline them in some way? Even a little?
• What is a feeling you had at times this year that you don’t want to feel next year?
• When you set goals for improvement, how do you hold yourself accountable?
