In other words, this wasn’t about who you were with, it was about whether you had your phone or not and what impact that had on your satisfaction. Today’s intention: When you are checking in on the people you serve, leave your phone in your office! You will be happier, people will feel more valued, and you will be a better leader. Cheers!
