This week: Five things to do to ease into a productive fall
Reflect on the emotions you have felt over the past year. It has been a crazy, stressful, chaotic year. There are many emotions, some of which we control and others not so much.
For today though, think about some of the emotions you had (or didn’t have) around your work. For example, I remember thinking one year, “I love 90% of what I do but I am having no fun.” That realization led me to think about the pain points – the things that were dragging me down. Part of it was just the rapid fire high-intensity pace, but there were also specific tasks that took a lot out of me.
