This gives us four quadrants (yes, I love quadrants):
The framework is helpful in getting us to be more proactive.
For routine issues, we should invest time creating standard operating processes (SOPs) and in helping others be able to execute those SOPs.
For predictable issues, we should have some sort of minimally viable plan in place.
For surprising issues, we first need to pause, and then get help.
