Colleagues,
MVP: Every minute focused on one thing is not available for something else. Choose wisely. Yesterday I talked about my struggles to do a minimally viable version of my great idea to share with people. If you want to know how it turned out, listen to yesterday’s episode of The Assistant Principal Podcast. As I write this message on April 27, I have not been able to do anything beyond slapping together half a PPT show. Will (did) I heed my own advice and do the minimally viable product (MVP), or will (did) I let my vanity and pride get in the way, resulting in a fancy video, but at the cost of letting a different project languish? Today’s intention: Be aware of the opportunity cost of everything you do today! In all likelihood, you will not get everything done today, so choose wisely. Instead of choosing what to do, try choosing what not to do. Cheers! Frederick
