Balance

As with every Friday, let’s end our week with reflection.
 
Like I said Monday, there is a lot going on right now. It is hard to juggle everything at work when you also need to be present for yourself and your family. It is hard to focus when we have news story after news story of horrific events popping up on our screens. It is hard to balance it all.
 
How do we manage all of this? 

1. Make a To-Do list for this weekend
2. What are your non-negotiables? (The tasks/actions you must do)
3. Place each task from your list into one of the four quadrants…recognize what is urgent and important, and what is important but not so urgent. 

 
Where can you find balance in your own life this weekend? Where can you put off tasks and instead, spend time with yourself or with your family. What is not so urgent?
