Last day of the 96-hour challenge!
 
With 1,440 minutes in a day, it feels like finding a couple of minutes to make your organization shouldn’t be too hard, but we all know that isn’t true.
 
Finding even a few minutes can be difficult, especially when we are driven by the urgent.
 
Today should be the money day where you take the final step in improving something in your organization.

• Begin using that SOP and update it as needed.
• Take an A-B step towards solving your root problem.
• Share a summary of your findings with the people you talked to and ask them for help with making a change. They will feel heard and you will gain supporters.
• Provide specific positive feedback to the person you are helping grow.
