Why I speak...
One word - IMPACT. I want to improve life and leadership for school leaders. I do that by sharing simple and actionable tools. My goal is always that people will leave the session feeling empowered to apply immediately what they learned. Lots of great speakers motivate their audiences, but to what end? I motivate people to take action using simple strategies and techniques.
