• You probably have not had in-depth training on how to coach
• You probably don’t have a process for coaching
• You probably don’t have the time and attention needed to consistently follow up on coaching

Even if you are an instructional coach, this may be true.

Coaching is complex, and time and attention intensive.

So, let’s stop pretending we can coach people.

Today, analyze critically your capacity to coach people.
