Colleagues, MVP: Goals need daily strategies to be successful When I used to set goals, I would identify benchmarks to get me there. For example, with my goal of speaking and presenting 25 times in 2025, I could set benchmarks to hit 5, 10, 15, and 20 events spaced at different intervals. However, this really isn’t helpful, because it does not guide me day-to-day. After identifying a goal, identify the daily strategies that will help you get there.
