What’s the problem?

Colleagues,

MVP: Important issues are usually complex, so invest time uncovering the problem before treating the symptom.

We won’t be sending out a message on the 24th or 25th, and beginning on the 26th we’ll rerun our series on the Twelve Days of Christmas. That means today’s message is the last one I will write for you in 2024.

In reflecting on my growth this year, there are three things I am better at:

• Choosing to show up as my best self, regardless of how I’m feeling emotionally
  
• Silencing my inner critic
  
• Trusting the direction I’ve decided to go
