• Make intentional choices about how you show up for people

Please, today, when you find yourself with someone, physically or virtually, make an intentional choice about how you will show up.

Will you be affirming?

Will you bring positive energy?

Will you be looking for an opportunity to support or grow the person?

In the big picture, your answer to the questions is not that important. You can’t always show up as your best self. 

What is critical is to be intentional about your choice.
