Use informal check-ins to learn about your teachers and build trust

In my interview with middle school dean of students Amber Coburn, we strategized several ways to use informal check ins with teachers. Of course, the strategies will work in any organization. 

And you probably know my favorite strategy is 5-minute coaching, but we also talk about other questions to ask to help people reflect and share in different ways.
