So funny – I wrote about the benefits of having diverse leadership a couple weeks ago. Four leadership styles (based on DiSC):

• Decisive
• Visionary
• Collaborative
• Detailed

Imagine a team where everyone was the same style:

• All decisive = impulsive decisions
• All visionary = unrealistic decisions
• All collaborative = no decisions
• All detailed = no meaningful decisions
