Want a shortcut to a better school?

Provide your teachers with the support, knowledge, and skills they need to build a relationship with every student they teach.

Thinking particularly about grades where students change classes, what if every student was greeted at the door to each class by a smiling adult who called them by name and knew something about them? 

I *think* building human connection and helping kids feel like the adults around them care may be the single most important things we do.

And consider the opposite - a student who goes through the entire day without hearing their name. 

Being invisible.
