“That” or “They”, this is the question!

Colleagues,

MVP: Making them better makes me better.

In our discussion on yesterday’s podcast, Saani Perry said “If I make them better, that makes me better.”

In summarizing the show, I accidentally wrote the quote down as “If I make them better, they make me better.”

I really like the misquote because it captures how interconnected we are. You’ll hear that in the interview – all the ways in which an AP communicates to a variety of stakeholders: we are on the same team.
