It was soooo cool!

Two weeks ago I led a group of non-profit leaders through the SWOT. There were 10 leaders, all from different organizations. They completed the SWOT individually and then paired off to share and discuss. 

Then they worked with the same partner to fill out the stop-start-continue-consider (SSCC) tool with one partner recording the thoughts of the other. What happened was amazing as they began coaching each other through the SSCC process by referring back to the SWOT.

We used the SWOT for an organizational perspective and the SSCC focused on the individual leader.
