MVP: Be excited about an October journey focused on growing people

Each week in October I will challenge you to be a good enough leader. 

That means, in some small way, I will ask you to do something each day to help grow the people around you.

If you can meet the challenge, then you can rest assured that you are a good enough leader!

This is about small actions, not big ones. 

I’m trying to build the hype train for this because…

What if the 400 readers of this daily email each helped 10 people grow in the month of October?

That would be 4000 lives we could touch!

You have the power, and it isn’t that difficult. 

By the end of October, you will also have the knowledge, skills, and disposition. Not sure I can help with the health part. (Recall, “growing” people means helping them with knowledge, skills, dispositions, and health.)
