This week I’m playing with the idea of writing a very short and practical guide to reflective coaching. At the end of the week, I will ask for feedback.

Chapter 4: Twelve sets of questions aligned to the four types of reflective coaching conversations

• Simple
• Different prompts or phrasing aligned to specific needs:
  • Establishing a relationship
  • Checking in with the culture
  • Getting (honest and constructive) feedback on a change
  • Helping someone overcome a mistake
