​MVP: Daily reminders are critical to being a strategic leader

At first I felt self-conscious writing a week of emails about my book, but I reminded myself of why I wrote the book!

You read this email because you value the idea that leadership is about growing others.

You know already that growing others does not need to be complicated.

That's why we walk this journey together.

A couple exciting things coming:

• Next week, I will begin sharing ten ways to support new employees in less than fifteen minutes a day. 
• In October, we will embark on the “Good Enough October Challenge!” which will focus on the MVP essentials new leaders need to be GOOD ENOUGH at growing people.
