This was affirming and instructive, and doesn’t just apply to me.

Information, processes, change strategies – we can all Google/ChatGPT them.

We can’t always feel protected. We can’t always get good counsel. We can’t always feel trusted.

However, as a leader, you can protect, you can listen, you can trust.
