MVP: The choice we make is not as important as making the choice.

I’ve written this week about my day at the Helene relief site. Yesterday I shared that I became more intentional about choosing how I would show up after checking in with my own feelings and energy.

This does not mean I chose to show up as my best self.

There were multiple times I chose to not show up, to step back and to not invest.

And that’s okay. 

We don’t always need to choose to show up as our best selves in every interaction!

The choice we make is not as important as making the choice.

I’ll tell you why tomorrow.

Today’s intention: Just make a choice.
