​Being vulnerable: I’m struggling to come up with fresh ideas for the daily email, so I asked ClaudeAI to generate a list of the 25 key actions for leadership. I will use ClaudeAI’s words for the MVP and everything else will be my take on the idea. I’ll cover the top ten over the next few weeks. Counting down backward of course!

MVP: #10 - Practice empathy in all interactions. 

To empathize is to try to understand how someone feels. Working with empathy helps prevent us from judging others, and when we stop judging we are in a better position to support and serve.

Empathy also increases human connection, so people are more likely to feel valued by empathetic leaders.

If there is someone in your organization who you struggle to relate to, maybe try learning more about them, and develop some empathy for them.
