MVP: Systems and structures support sustainability

If something isn’t working, there is probably a system or process related to it. For example:

• The disciplinary process
• Following through on a lead
• Completing the annual/monthly/weekly report

One way to improve outcomes is to improve systems.

The added benefit of improving systems is how those systems endure after you are gone.
