Way #6:

For teachers, curricular support means having guidance on how to determine what thy should be teaching kids and when they should be teaching it.

For other jobs, “the curriculum” may be the core practices or knowledge base that are required to “do the job.” These may be obvious to people who have been doing the work for a long time, but can overwhelm newbies.

This week we continue to feature ten simple ways to support new people you lead. In each day’s message I will suggest one simple thing to do to begin building connections.

1. Identify the three most important parts of the job.
2. Talk about them with your newbie.
3. Make sure they can execute, or come up with a plan.
