Can GREAT get better?

Colleagues,

​MVP: If you can identify a weakness, you can grow.

This is a good time of year to reflect on growth. I’m not sure how effective a new year’s resolution is, but if you don’t have some kind of plan for growing as a leader, how will growth happen?

My Achilles Heel in the back half of this year has been about consistency. I know what I need to do, I know how to do it, I’m just not doing it frequently enough.

Don’t get me wrong, it has been a GREAT year, but to make next year better, I need to be better.
