Frederick Colleagues, Self-efficacy is the belief that what we do makes a difference. Teachers with high self-efficacy believe they can improve student learning. Decades of research shows that teachers with high self-efficacy actually do get better results than teachers with low self-efficacy. We can build self-efficacy in individuals, but we can also build a collective self-efficacy.
