What’s bothering you and what are you doing about it? Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night worrying about something? If, like me, you do, I suggest trying the following steps as it is helping me:
This sounds obvious, but I’ve found I frequently make these issues bigger than they actually are and I try and solve them all at once. That’s a heavy lift that I usually don’t have time or capacity for. Note: If I am really distressed, I will get up and do this in the middle of the night as it is the only thing that will allow me to get back to sleep.
